The hotel has a great location, close to the beautiful golden sands of Austinmer beach, with lovely beaches nearby. The room design and views were impressive, but the tea making facility was not replenished. The service, especially at the reception, was exceptional, although some staff members were not adequately trained in customer service. The dining options, including vegetarian dishes, were satisfying. Overall, it's a cozy place with good value for money.
